Scheduling Coordinator

We’re seeking an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to manage installation scheduling for shower doors, mirrors, shelving, and bath accessories.
This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicates effectively, and can confidently manage a high volume of moving pieces in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate daily installations with customers and installers
- Maintain a real-time job calendar and 2-week installation pipeline
- Adjust schedules based on job readiness, product availability, and crew capacity
- Reschedule incomplete jobs efficiently
- Update work orders/CRM and process completed jobs for billing
Qualifications:
- Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or construction coordination preferred
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Clear and professional communication
- Detail-oriented with the ability to stay ahead of issues
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting at $18/hour+ (based on experience)
- Full-time, consistent 40-hour work week
- Typical hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
