We’re looking for a highly experienced installer who takes pride in their work and can operate at a high level with minimal supervision.

This Is NOT an Entry-Level Position

We are specifically looking for someone who:

• Knows frameless and semi-frameless shower systems inside and out
• Can run installs start to finish
• Solves problems in the field without needing direction
• Produces clean, call-back-free work

What You’ll Do

• Lead installation of custom shower doors and enclosures
• Install custom mirrors and glass with precision
• Install shelving, interior hardware, and bath accessories
• Install glass railings
• Install glass entrances
• Read layouts, measurements, and job specifications
• Troubleshoot and adjust installs in the field
• Maintain clean, professional job sites
• Represent the company professionally with customers and builders

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years experience in glass/shower door installation
• Strong understanding of leveling, layout, and fit/finish
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of jobs
• High attention to detail – clean lines, tight gaps, no shortcuts
• Comfortable handling large glass safely
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license
